The name, phone number, planned date, group size and program preference you share via the request form, phone or WhatsApp are processed to suggest the right partner dive centre, pass your request to that centre and send you the meeting details. The site's form does not store your data on our servers; the message is sent through your own WhatsApp app.
Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2(c), i.e. processing necessary to fulfil your request, and art. 5/2(f), i.e. legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
To handle your request, your name, contact details and plan are transferred only to the partner dive centre you are routed to. No other transfer is made to any third party, domestically or abroad.
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and as required by legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
