What are your working hours?
We're reachable daily 09:00 – 22:00. Outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply first thing.
Where is your office, and where do we meet?
We work as your guide and secretariat, so we have no physical office; everything runs over phone and WhatsApp. On dive day you meet at the point set by the partner centre we route you to. We send the meeting place and time in writing on WhatsApp once the centre reserves your spot.
Do I pay anything for this service?
No. Our information and guidance are free; you pay only the program's price, directly to the dive centre. We state the band upfront and confirm inclusions in writing.
What happens after I send the form?
Your message reaches us on WhatsApp and we usually get back within 15 minutes. Include your dates, group size and level, and we can send the fitting partner centre and the exact price in our first reply. If you're happy, we pass your request to the centre and bring you its confirmation.
